About Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University
Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University (XJTLU) is a new international university with independent legal personality and distinctive features, approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education and founded by Xi’an Jiaotong University and the University of Liverpool in the UK. XJTLU is the only Sino-foreign cooperative university in China with the right to confer bachelor’s degrees from the People’s Republic of China and degrees from the University of Liverpool.
