Secretary (we plan to hire 1 person)

Responsibilities:

  1. Contact with Research Department in SZTU for related data collection.
  2. Support (foreign) professors and students in preparation, execution and evaluation of company visits.
  3. Support the Business School to organize workshops, conferences, forums etc.
  4. Capacity of verbal and written Mandarin-English translation and vice versa.
  5. Support other administrative tasks assigned by the dean’s office.

Requirements:

  1. Full-time Master degree or higher.
  2. Major in Finance/Accounting/Management/Economics/Business Analysis/Translation.
  3. Oral proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  4. Proven proficiency in writing reports in English and data analysis.
  5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. International studying or working experience is prefer.
  7. Capacity to work independently and in a team.
