The Center for Mathematical Sciences (Website: mathcenter.hust.edu.cn), at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, invites applications for the following open positions:
(1) Assistant/Associate Professorships;
(2) Postdoctoral Fellows.
The Center will also sponsor qualified candidates to compete for the Junior Endowed Professorships. The Center’s current research themes include core mathematics, stochastic mathematics, applied and computational mathematics, mathematical physics, quantitative biology, mathematical geosciences, data science and statistics, but applicants in all areas of mathematical sciences will be considered.
The compensation packages (salary, start-up funds, and housing allowance) are highly competitive, and are commensurate with qualification and experience. The positions are open until filled.
Applicants should have or expect to have a PhD degree in mathematical sciences or related fields, together with distinguished or promising research credentials.
