The BRS is a comprehensive education and research institution focusing on major realistic and theoretical issues, including the Belt and Road Initiative, emerging markets, corporate governance, political security and risks, and international economic relations. The school provides a structured environment for exploring interdisciplinary research (See https://brs.bnu.edu.cn/english/index.htm).
The fellowship is a two-year full-time appointment with the possibility of renewal contingent on satisfactory performance. Postdoctoral fellows will receive an annual salary of 300,000RMB – 400,000RMB and work closely with one or more BRS faculty members during their stay. We especially encourage candidates from backgrounds in economics, finance, business management, political science (international relations, international politics), public administration, and law. Applicants must have received a Ph.D., preferably within the last 3 years (or expect to have it hand by September 2021) and must not be employed by another institution during their appointment at the BRS.
BRS invites outstanding researchers to submit a curriculum vitae, one or (at most) two research papers, reference letters, and other related materials to brs_hr@bnu.edu.cn for application. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. The deadline of application is 31 Dec. 2021.
