Research Assistant Professor (PR0453/22-23)
Job Description:
The Department invites applications for the above position. We welcome applications from any disciplines related to management, marketing, and information systems, but preference will be given to applicants with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Entrepreneurship: Innovation and Creativity, Business Idea Generation, Startups and New Ventures, Global Entrepreneurship, Business Plan Development, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Startup Culture, and Organisation or other areas related to entrepreneurship
Information Systems: Digital Transformation, Technological Innovation, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, IT and Human Behavior, AI in Business, Electronic Commerce, Cybersecurity, Web Design, or other areas related to Management Information Systems
Management: Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Management, Research Methods
Marketing: AI and Service, Emerging Technology and Consumer Behavior, Customer Relationship Management, Value Co-creation, Marketing Strategy, Organisational Frontlines, Emerging Economies, Distribution Channels, and Digital Marketing
Applicants must hold, or are expected to hold, a Ph.D. degree with good potential in research and teaching.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of three years commencing July 2023 or the earliest available date. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
