Responsibilities
- Teach up to 14 class per week.
- Teach language and related courses primarily to freshmen and sophomores.
- Adhere strictly to the university’s approved teaching plan and curriculum.
- Participate in Foreign Language Corner activities (time counted as part of the workload).
- Submit required teaching plans and cooperate with end-of-semester evaluations and inspections.
Qualifications
- Under the age of 60.
- Excellent physical and mental health.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above required.
- For Non-Native Speakers: TEFL/TESOL/TESL or an equivalent qualification is essential.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive Monthly Salary: RMB 8,500 – 10,000. Negotiable for professors and highly experienced candidates.
