Job Description
One of China’s leading university is recruiting Academic English Lecturer to start in the 2026 academic year. This is a direct-to-school position.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A Master’s degree in TESOL/Applied Linguistics (or equivalent), or Cambridge ESOL DELTA.
- Language: Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 3 years of university-level English teaching.
- Specialization: Experience teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP).
- Feedback Skills: Confidence in providing clear and constructive feedback on student work.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and teach/assess to common standards.
- Online Teaching: Experience creating and delivering online lessons and using related software.
