Recruitment for English Language Instructor
A dynamic public university is seeking a qualified English Language Instructor. We are looking for an experienced educator to join our team and help shape the language skills of our diverse student body, including both undergraduate and postgraduate students. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding center dedicated to creating a high-quality, multidimensional language learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct students in academic listening, speaking, reading, and writing at various proficiency levels.
- Provide training for university faculty, teaching assistants, and administrative staff to enhance their professional use of English.
- Contribute to the development of our curriculum, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Participate in departmental and program support activities.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in TESOL, TEFL, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of English language teaching experience at the college or university level is highly preferred.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: curriculum development, EAP, ESP for STEM, assessment, teacher training, academic writing, or educational technology.
- Experience teaching abroad is highly desirable.
- For candidates with a doctoral degree, evidence of research publications in the field of English language education is an advantage.
