We recruit English language educators annually for both our undergraduate and graduate programs.
Faculty members are offered a diverse range of teaching opportunities tailored to their academic backgrounds and expertise. The curriculum includes:

Academic & Specialized Courses: Academic English Writing, Academic English Speaking, Cross-Cultural Communication, and American History and Culture.

Requirements

Native English speaker.

Academic Background: Master’s degree or above in a relevant field.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

Certification: Valid teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent).

Commitment: Minimum of one academic year, with a teaching load of 12–16 hours per week.
Salary and Benefits
We provide a comprehensive compensation package to ensure a comfortable and seamless transition to life in Qingdao:

Monthly Salary: RMB 7,800 for Master’s degree holders; RMB 8,800 for Doctorate holders.

Housing Support: A monthly apartment rental allowance of RMB 1,500.
