Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (English, Education, or related fields preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (higher education preferred).
- Age: At least 21 years old.
- Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, patient, and team-oriented.
- Legal Compliance: Must adhere to Chinese laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 14 classroom hours per week (average).
- Facilitate weekly activities
- 1-hour English Corner for students.
- 1-hour English Consultation for academic support.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Starting at 10,000 RMB (pre-tax).
- Travel Allowances:
- 5,000 RMB/year for domestic travel.
- 10,000 RMB/year for international flights.
- Fully furnished on-campus housing provided.
- Paid holidays during summer and winter breaks.
