Position Details
- Title: Foreign English Language Teacher (Contract-Based)
- Number of Openings: 1
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Teaching courses related to English language and literature
- Participating in curriculum development and instructional reform
- Fulfilling other teaching-related duties as assigned by the university
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and respect its social system
- Must demonstrate a high standard of professional ethics and integrity, with no adverse professional record
- Must be in good physical and mental health and able to meet the requirements of the position
Professional Requirements
- Age: Preferably under 55 years old (born after January 1, 1969); candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered up to age 60
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in education, linguistics, or related fields are preferred
- Language Proficiency:
1. Native English speaker
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation
- Experience: At least two years of English teaching experience; a reference letter from a previous employer is required
Compensation and Benefits
Salary
- Monthly salary: RMB 8,000 – 10,000 (pre-tax), determined based on academic background, professional qualifications, and teaching performance. Paid in full on a monthly basis.
