Job description:
- Course teaching: undergraduate Hindi language courses focused on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as graduate-level courses in related fields. Maintain a teaching workload of 8-10 class hours per week.
- Publish 1-2 academic papers (including journal publication or conference presentation) during the employment period; participate in Hindi language teaching and research projects and collaborative textbook compilation.
- Engage in routine academic support tasks, including exam preparation, student competition guidance, and other assignments related to disciplinary development and talent cultivation as assigned by department.
Qualifications:
- Native speaker of Hindi with a master degree (or above) from a reputable university.
- Hold academic credentials in Hindi language studies or related research fields.
- Minimum one year of teaching experience in relevant courses.
- Possess a solid theoretical foundation and systematic professional knowledge in humanities and social sciences (e.g., literature, linguistics, cultural studies).
- Demonstrate ability to publish in prominent academic journals.
