Guangzhou College of Technology and Business was founded in 1995. The college has two campuses in Huadu, Guangzhou and Sanshui, Foshan.

The college has 25,118 full-time students, including 23,350 undergraduates. There are 14 teaching units and 26 undergraduate majors, covering 5 major disciplines of management, economics, engineering, literature and art. Among them, international trade and logistics management are key disciplines with provincial characteristics. Accounting and marketing are the key majors of higher vocational education in Guangdong Province.
