Qiongtai Normal University (QNU), located in Haikou, Hainan Province, is a provincial teacher-training university with the main mission of training primary education and preschool teachers. The university is the main base of elementary school and early childhood teacher training in Hainan Province.

As of May 2020, the university has two campuses, Fucheng and Guilin Yang, with a campus area of 1067 mu and a building area of 320,000 square meters; there are 24 undergraduate majors, 31 specialist majors, 9,991 full-time students, a total value of 97.188 million yuan of teaching instruments and equipment, and more than one million paper books; the school has 568 full-time teachers.
