Recruitment Requirements and Conditions

1. Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
2. Be in good health without any criminal record.
3. Applicants for teaching English should be native speakers with a master’s degree or higher and at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience. Working experience can be waived for those who meet one of these requirements: those with a master’s degree or higher in education, language, or normal education, or those with a teaching qualification certificate from their host country or a qualifying international language TEFL/TESOL certificate.
4. Age under 60.

Workload and Salary

1. Workload: 16 periods per week, with extra payment for exceeding this workload.
2. Salary package: The salary for foreign teachers includes a monthly salary, airfare allowance, and seniority allowance. The salary standard is determined by the teacher’s professional rank, title, or academic qualifications.
3. Accommodation: The university provides a free apartment with basic furniture and household appliances.
4. Insurance: Commercial insurance for foreign teachers will be purchased in accordance with the law.
5. Holidays: Chinese national holidays, summer, and winter holidays.
