Declaration conditions
(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;
(2) The date of birth is after January 1, 1982 (inclusive);
(3) Possess a doctorate degree;
(4) The research direction is mainly natural science, engineering technology, etc.;
(5) Before April 15, 2022, they should generally obtain formal teaching or scientific research positions in overseas universities, scientific research institutions, and enterprise R&D institutions, and have more than 36 consecutive months of work experience; those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas and have outstanding achievements , the requirements for working years may be appropriately relaxed;
(6) Obtain scientific research or technical achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the development potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in the field;
(7) The applicant has not returned to work in China (in China) full-time, or will return to work in China (in China) after January 1, 2021. After being notified of the subsidy, they must resign from overseas work or have no work overseas, and return to China (come to China) full-time for not less than 3 years.

03 Housing
In line with national and school policies, a housing monetization subsidy of 3 million (excluding local government support) is provided; a settling fee is 100,000.
04 Scientific research funds
The school provides 1-2 million yuan for discipline construction, and 500,000 yuan for supporting talents in Jiangsu Province; priority support for application of other talent projects (3-5 million yuan for scientific research funds for entrepreneurship and innovation teams in Jiangsu Province, “333 Project” in Jiangsu Province” Project funding 3-1 million).
