Job Position:
Full-time English language instructor
Job Responsibilities:
The main Responsibilities are to:
- 1. Teach courses available for undergraduates and English major students: Cross-Cultural Business Communication, English Audio-Visual Speaking, Conversational English and etc. Instruct students how to improve their Oral English and Listening skills.
- 2. Give lessons for 16 weeks every semester. Undertake 12 to 18 teaching hours per week (one teaching hour equals 45 minutes).
- 3. Organize English Corner per semester.
- 4. English contests, judge English competitions, and other English tutorial activities.
Qualifications:
- Native speaker of English;
- Bachelor and above degree;
- At least two-year full-time teaching experience either at home or abroad;
- TESOL/TEFL certificate preferred; Background of business preferred;
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic monthly salary: it depends on the applicants’ workload.
- Accommodation: free accommodation during the term of employment. A double-room suite is provided with necessary furniture, internet and kitchen in the expert hotel on city campus of Haidian district. If the teacher does not use the accommodation provided, the monthly housing allowance will be RMB 5,000 before tax.
- Summer and winter holiday allowances.
- International travel cost: a ceiling of RMB 15,000 per academic year.
- Insurance: social insurance and supplementary medical insurance.
