About Luoyang Normal University
Luoyang Normal University is a State-owned Institution of Higher Education located at Luoyang, “a city of peony”. It is also known as “an ancient capital of thirteen dynasties” with a history of thousands of years. Established in 1916, Luoyang Normal University is famous for its splendid history and profound culture.
