We are seeking doctoral-level candidates in the following fields:

• Computer Science & IT: Software Engineering, AI, Information & Communication Engineering, Applied Mathematics.

• Microelectronics: Integrated Circuit (IC) Design, Optical Engineering, Physical Science, Material Science.

• Management & Logistics: Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Equipment Maintenance and Management.

• Finance & Economics: Economics, International Accounting (Bilingual teaching capability required), Statistics.

• Robotics & Automation: Humanoid Robotics, Fault Prediction, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Technology.

• Future Industrial Technologies: Marine Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Advanced Materials.

3. Qualifications

• Education: Must hold a Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.

• Age: Generally under 35 years old.

  • Note: Candidates with over 3 years of experience in prestigious enterprises, universities, or research institutes may have the age limit relaxed to 40.

• Research: Proven track record of academic accumulation or experience participating in national-level research projects (especially for research-oriented roles).

4. Key Responsibilities

• Teaching: Fulfill the university’s teaching workload requirements, including lecturing and student mentorship.

• Research: Conduct high-quality scientific research, publish academic papers, and apply for research grants.

• Service: Participate in department administrative tasks, international exchange programs, and curriculum development.

• Specialization (Specific to Robotics/Tech): Focus on industrial applications of humanoid robots, quality inspection, or future industrial tech innovations.

5. Compensation & Benefits

• Contract: Initial 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance evaluation.
