Basic Requirements
Nationality and Language:
- Native speakers from English-speaking countries (for English teachers) or native speakers in relevant professional fields (e.g., teachers of minority languages should have the corresponding native language background).
Age and Education:
- Age not exceeding 60 years old, in good physical and mental health, capable of adapting to teaching position requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major related to the subject being applied for (e.g., English, Language Education, International Relations, etc.).
- Need to provide a degree certificate and educational certification from the Ministry of Education.
Teaching Experience:
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in the relevant field, with teaching proof or recommendation letters required.
Position-Specific Requirements
Language Proficiency:
- English teachers must possess native-level language proficiency. Teachers of other minority languages must have the corresponding native language proficiency.
- Holders of internationally recognized language teaching certificates (such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are preferred.
Teaching Ability:
- Capable of teaching relevant professional courses (such as language listening, speaking, reading, writing, professional theories, and practical courses).
- Possess course design, textbook compilation, and teaching evaluation abilities.
Cross-Cultural Competence:
- Familiar with international education concepts, capable of organizing or assisting in academic lectures and cultural exchange activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Academic Background:
- Holders of master’s or doctoral degrees are preferred.
Professional Qualifications:
- Holders of higher education teaching certificates or relevant professional qualification certificates in the field.
Other Experience:
- Prior experience in international schools, universities, or cross-cultural teaching is preferred.
- Prior experience in guiding students’ academic research or competition projects is preferred.
