English Lecturer Positions at Xiamen Institute of Technology

Full-time English teachers wanted for 2021/22 Academic Year.

Ⅰ. Brief Introduction

Xiamen Institute of Technology， herein after referred to as XIT, is a full-time private undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. It covers 704.1 mu with a total construction area of 500,000 m². The landscape endows the campus with a dignified and elegant style, while the perfect teaching and living facilities together make it a modern cultural palace. Since its foundation in 2009, XIT always insists on optimizing its management structure, deepening its teaching reform as well as focusing on developing engineering majors under the guidance of the scientific education outlook so as to satisfy the need for high quality tech-talents as a result of economic and social development in Xiamen and the whole west coast of Taiwan Strait.

Ⅱ. Qualification Requirements

1. Native English speaker
2. With at least a Bachelor’s degree
3. Less than 60 years old, in good physical condition,
4. Wholehearted commitment to teaching
5. With 2 years+ teaching experience or TESOL/TEFL certificate or equivalent is preferred.

Ⅲ. Payment Standards for All Positions

1. Annual pay: 112000RMB (pre-tax), includes salary (7000RMB), benefit package (3000 RMB) and bonus(1200RMB).
2. Other Benefits:

• Summer and winter holidays, and all national statutory holidays.
• 1200 RMB increase of annual pay each year as school-age wage allowance.
• Accommodation (apartments on campus will be provided with a low rent).
