About Tianhua Bilingual Kindergarten
Tianhua Bilingual Kindergarten is a newly built and highly advanced Lab Preschool of Shanghai Normal University Tianhua College, which has the best Early Childhood Education program in Shanghai, China. You will have chances of sitting in college classes and learning from our University Professors in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from both China and USA. You will also have an easy pathway to college classroom teaching and learning experience by assisting our ECE professors from both home and abroad. Our university also hosts Shanghai Preschool Principals’ and Teachers’ Training Program every summer since 2012 on Jidaing Campus. You will have the chance of meeting and communicating with preschool principals and teachers across Shanghai every summer.

Job Requirements & Descriptions:
1. Native speakers only
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Two-year teaching experience or teaching certified (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA)
4. Non-criminal record background
5. Holding a working visa or eligible for working visa
6. Monday to Friday (8:30AM-4:30PM OR 7:30AM-3:30PM);
7. Homeroom English teacher for Kids (3-7y) (with 2 Chinese homeroom teachers)
8. Able to manage kids with a class size of 15-20;
9. Good communication skills with Children and parents;
10. Personality: patient, fun, energetic and lively; children friendly and caring.
Job Offer: (Salary & benefits package):

2. Base Salary 25K/month +plus raise (qualifications & experience)
