Key Responsibilities
- 1. Strategic Planning and System Development
Formulate medium- and long-term development strategies and policies for the National GeneBank platform. - 2. Operate the National GeneBank to provide high-standard data and service support
Oversee daily operations (budget/resource/space management), develop and refine internationally compliant data and products, and drive continuous iteration and optimization. - 3. Cross-Border Collaboration and Research Support
Provide stable, secure, and efficient services to diverse entities such as research institutions, hospitals, and enterprises, promoting open resource sharing and collaborative research. - 4. Team Building and Talent Development
Assemble and lead interdisciplinary operations and research teams, implement talent recruitment, training, and incentive programs, and foster an international and innovative work environment. - 5. Promoting International Cooperation
Drive in-depth collaboration with world-class gene banks and related organizations, participate in global life science data standards, mutual recognition of databases, and major international research initiatives.
Requirements
- 1. Relevant professional research or management experience.
- 2. Experience in organizing and managing major scientific research platforms or biological resource-related projects.
- 3. Strategic thinking, system-building capabilities, and cross-disciplinary communication and coordination skills.
- 4. Experience in building international collaboration networks.
- 5.Policy compliance, ethical management, and leadership skills in multidisciplinary teams.
