Henan University School of Business is Recruiting Foreign Post-Doctoral Students and Foreign Faculty Members

I. Position Availability and Requirements

• Foreign post-doctoral students: We invite applicants who possess the ability and quality to conduct scientific research in the field of economics and management, who earned the doctoral degree in the most recent 3 years, and who are no more than 35 years old to apply for the post-doctoral student position.
• Foreign faculty members: We invite applicants who are outstanding doctoral or post-doctoral graduates from high-tier universities and research institutions with excellent educational background in economics and management and who possess high-quality research achievements and teaching experience in economics and management to apply for the faculty member position.

II. Salaries and Benefits

• Salaries and welfare benefits shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations of Henan University and the state. The university will provide an annual salary, a certain amount of research funding if needed, bonuses awarded for work beyond required level, excellent research and work environment, and the opportunity for children to attend affiliated schools (e.g., kindergartens and primary schools). Those who comply with provincial and municipal talent policies shall enjoy corresponding benefits.
