Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University (hereinafter referred to as H3I) is a public institution jointly established by Beihang University and the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government, which supports Beihang in delivering high-level international cooperative education programs in Hangzhou. The institute is now openly recruiting academic talents globally.

H3I consistently adheres to the guiding principles of “high standard, innovative mechanism, and international cooperation” in its educational positioning. It aims to cultivate high-quality talent, build high-level scientific research platforms, and conduct advanced scientific research by attracting and nurturing a world-class faculty. Leveraging Beihang’s strengths in key disciplines and the international cooperative education programs approved by the Ministry of Education, H3I cultivates doctoral students, master’s students, undergraduate students, and international students, all of whom demonstrate excellent academic quality. According to long-term plan, its student number will reach 10,000 in the future, with postgraduate students comprising over 50%.

H3I has already established 20 research platforms, science-education synergy platforms, industry-education integration platforms, and international cooperation platforms. Through organized research, the integration of science and education, and the fusion of industry and education, H3I fully supports the cultivation and growth of academic talent.

Qualifications：

• Candidates should possess a Ph.D. from a renowned domestic or international university, demonstrate internationally recognized academic standing and influence, with outstanding academic achievements or unique technical expertise in relevant fields. Young talents should show strong potential for scientific research innovation and significant development prospects.

• For applicants to language, physical education, or aesthetic education teaching positions within the Basic Course Center, the required degree may be relaxed to a Master’s.

• For experimental teaching positions, if the candidate holds a senior title related to the position, the required degree may be relaxed to a Master’s.

Age Requirements:

• Intermediate positions: generally no older than 32 years old;
• Associate senior positions: generally no older than 35 years old;
• Senior positions: generally no older than 40 years old.
• For candidates with exceptionally outstanding achievements, the age limit may be appropriately relaxed upon review and approval by H3I.
