华南师范大学始建于1933年，前身是广东省立勷勤大学师范学院。学校1996年进入国家“211工程”重点建设大学行列，2015年成为广东省人民政府和教育部共建高校，同年进入广东省高水平大学整体建设高校行列，2017年进入国家“世界一流学科”建设行列。学校现有广州石牌、广州大学城、佛山南海、汕尾4个校区。

South China Normal University, established in 1933, was originally known as Guangzhou Provincial Xiangqin Normal College. In 1996, the college became a member of China’s “Project 211” universities. 2015 saw the co-construction of SCNU by the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education as well as the university’s entry into Guangdong High-level University Sponsoring Project. In 2017, SCNU became a member of the National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction. SCNU now boasts four campuses, namely Shipai Campus, University Town Campus in Guangzhou, Nanhai Campus in Foshan and Shanwei Campus.

国际商学院设金融学（中外合作办学）、财务管理（中外联合培养）、法语（中外联合培养）和大数据管理与应用四个本科专业，以及国际商务硕士研究生专业，其中金融学专业是广东省特色专业。学院拥有一支具有国际化视野的高水平师资队伍，外籍教师10人。具有出国留学、进修经历的教师占教师总人数的三分之二以上。

The International Business College (IBC) has four undergraduate programs: Finance (Sino-Foreign cooperating), Financial Management (Sino-Foreign Joint Training)，French (Sino-Foreign Joint Training) and Big Data Management and Application; one postgraduate program: Master of International Business, of which Finance (Sino-Foreign cooperating) is the provincial-level key program of Guangdong Province. IBC has a high-level faculty with international perspectives, including 10 non-native Chinese teachers. More than two thirds of the faculty members have studied or been trained overseas.

学院现拥有珠江西岸战略研究中心、跨境教育质量保障研究中心和欧洲中心三个校级研究中心。学院重视建设校内外教学与实践平台，现建有金融工程大数据分析实验室、ERP财务管理创新实验室、国际化学习实践与创新中心、VR实验室，以及国际化综合实验室等，同时建有金融科技与商务大数据分析产业学院、广东省省级实验教学示范中心和广东省省级校外实践教学基地，为“国际化、应型”的高端商科人才培养提供有力保障。

The college now has three university-level research centers: the Pearl River West Bank Strategic Research Center, the Cross Border Education Quality Assurance Research Center, and the European Center. Endeavoring to establish teaching and practicing platform on and off campus, IBC now has the Big Data Analysis Laboratory in Financial Engineering, ERP Financial Management Innovation Laboratory, International Learning Practice and Innovation Center, VR Laboratory, as well as the International Integrated Laboratory. It has also built a financial technology and business big-data-analysis industry college, Guangdong Provincial Experimental Demonstration Center and Guangdong Provincial Off-campus Practical Teaching Base, providing a strong guarantee for the cultivation of international and practical business talents.

学院突出国际化复合型人才的培养特色，整合中外优质教学资源，引进国外合作大学专业核心课程，与国外合作大学教师共同开设全外语课程。学院近四年就业率均保持在90%以上，被评为华南师范大学“就业工作先进单位”。2020年升研率为37.34%，金融学专业升研率达到72.8%，其中45&的学生被世界一流大学录取。

Featuring prominently in cultivating international multi-ability talents, IBC integrates high-quality teaching resources at home and abroad, and jointly offers EMI courses with teachers from overseas cooperative universities. The employment rate of IBC graduates in the past four years has remained above 90%, thus being awarded as “Advanced Unit in Graduates Employment” by South China Normal University. In 2020, IBC postgraduate enrollment rate was 37.34%. Especially in Finance program, postgraduate enrollment rate reached 72.8%, and 45% of Finance students were admitted by world-class universities.

学院坚持以人为本的办学原则，实现培养模式国际化、师生资源国际化、管理队伍国际化，与英国、美国、澳大利亚、法国等20多所高校建立了长期稳定的合作关系，通过融合中外优质教育资源，提供形式多样的中外交流项目，给教师学生提供一个国际文化交融的大平台。

Based on human-oriented principle of education, IBC has internationalized teaching mode, students and faculty resources, and administration. IBC has established stable and long-term cooperation with more than 20 universities in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, France and other countries. By incorporating qualified domestic and overseas education resources, and offering a variety of exchanging programs, IBC contributes to both teachers and students a platform for intercultural communication and integration.

为加快国际化办学，国际商学院现面向海内外公开招聘2名学术英语教师。

In order to speed up the internationalization, IBC is now openly recruiting 2 academic English teachers from home and abroad.

一、招聘对象：学术英语教师

I. Talents We Are Looking For: Academic English Teacher

1、招聘条件Requirements

获得硕士及以上研究生学历学位。英语系语言国家留学归国者优先。中国籍人员要求本科、研究生均为英语相关专业，如英语语言文学、英语教育、应用语言学、跨文化交际、翻译等。持有CELTA或者权威TEFL/ TESOL 证书者优先。外籍人员要求以英语为母语，且来自英国、美国、澳洲、加拿大、新西兰等国家；至少2年英语教学经验；教育学或语言学专业毕业者优先。

The applicants should have already acquired master degree or above qualification. The overseas talents returned from English-speaking countries are preferred. Chinese applicants are required to graduate from English-related majors in both undergraduate and graduate levels, such as, but not limited to English Language and Literature, English Education, Applied Linguistics, Intercultural Communication, Translation. Holders of CELTA or authoritative TEFL/TESOL certificates are preferred. Overseas applicants are required to be Native-English speakers, and are from the following countries like the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and etc. Overseas applicants should have at least 2 years of English teaching experience. Graduates in education or linguistics are preferred.

2、薪酬待遇Salary and welfare

中国籍入聘教师起点年薪12万元，外籍入聘教师起点年薪16万。对于教授联合培养或中外合作办学学生的老师，国际联合学院根据学历层次和职称另补贴2-4万元/年。

The annual salary of Chinese applicants starts from 120,000 RMB; the annual salary of overseas applicants starts from 160, 000 RMB. For teachers who teach joint education programs students, International United College will provide a subsidy of 20,000-40,000 RMB per year depending on the applicants’ education qualification and titles.

依法参加养老、医疗、工伤、失业、生育等社会保险和缴存住房公积金，享受相应待遇。

The recruited staff enjoy deserved treatment and attend social insurance, including endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, employment injury insurance, maternity insurance, and deposit housing fund according to the law.
